HONORS: Second-Team All-Mountain West (2018); Phil Steele Second-Team All-Mountain West (2018); Honorable Mention All-Mountain West (2017); Academic All-Mountain West (2017, 2018).

2018 (SR): Earned second-team all-Mountain West honors from both the league’s coaches and Phil Steele’s Magazine after starting all 13 games, including 11 at left guard and two at left tackle... Had an overall performance grade of 93 percent, which ranked second on the team... Played in 820 snaps, which also ranked second on the team among offensive linemen... Graded out at 96 percent in effort, 96 percent in assignment and 88 percent in technique... Recorded 25 knockdowns during the year, including a season-high six against San José State (11/10).

2017 (JR): Earned honorable mention all-Mountain West honors after starting all 13 games at left tackle... Had an overall performance grade of 91 percent, which ranked second on the team... Played in 880 snaps, which also ranked second on the team among offensive linemen... Graded out at 94 percent in effort, 92 percent in assignment and 84 percent in technique... Recorded 33 knockdowns during the year, including a season-high seven against Wyoming (10/14)... Added one tackle... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors. 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played in 10 games on the defensive line for Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, during the 2016 season and recorded 18 tackles, which included 1.5 sacks... Helped the Badgers to an 8-2 record. 

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Spent two seasons at BYU as he redshirted in 2012 and appeared in one game on the defensive line against Wagner in 2015, but did not record any stats.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Oakridge High School in El Dorado Hills, Calif., where he played just one year of football as a senior in 2011 and recorded 54 tackles (32-solo, 22-assist), which included 4.5 sacks and 5.0 tackles for loss, to go along with two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and four passes defended... Had a season-high 10 stops, which included 2.0 tackles for loss, against Sheldon HS... Added seven tackles, including a season-best 3.0 tackles for loss, against Cordova HS... Also had four tackles, including a forced fumble and fumble recovery against Vista del Lago HS... Played basketball as both a junior and senior in high school... Also competed in track & field and was the MVP of his track team his senior season as he competed in the discus and shot put.

PERSONAL: Son of Alan and Kahna Andrus... Has three brothers and three sisters... His dad played basketball at both Utah Valley and Hawai’i... Served a two-year LDS Church Mission in Monterrey, Mexico... Will graduate from Utah State in the spring of 2019 with a degree in Spanish and a minor in chemistry... Last name is pronounced Anne-drus.
