2016 (RS): Redshirted during his first season at Utah State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Utah Class 4A first-team all-state honors from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News at defensive back as a prep senior at East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah... Recorded 40 tackles, which included 3.5 sacks, to go along with 13 receptions for 304 yards and four touchdowns... A team captain... Was a member of the 2011 Utah 7-on-7 football team that won nationals in Las Vegas, Nev... Earned first-team all-region honors during his junior year as he had 27 tackles and one interception, to go along with seven receptions for 88 yards... Also earned first-team all-region honors as a sophomore, as he recorded 26 tackles and one interception... Was also a two-year letterwinner in soccer, earning first-team all-state honors from the Salt Lake Tribune and second-team all-state honors from the Deseret News as a prep senior... A member of the honor roll. 

PERSONAL: One of four sons of Doug and Sheri Swenson... Served a two-year LDS Church Mission in San Diego, Calif... Majoring in finance.
