Biography

HONORS: Academic All-Mountain West (2019); Mountain West Scholar-Athlete (2019).

2019 (SR): Played in all 30 matches, seeing time in 104 sets... Tallied a team-high 539 assists on the year, averaging 5.18 per set... Recorded a career-high 47 assists against Eastern Michigan (Aug. 30)... Had double-digit assists in 24 of her 30 matches... Led the team with 26 service aces, including a career-best four against Southern Utah (Aug. 31)... Had six double-doubles during the season... Tallied 18 total blocks (2-16), including a season-high four block assists against Portland (Sept. 7)... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete... Was also named a Joe E. & Elma Whitesides Scholar Athlete.

PREVIOUS SCHOOLS: Spent the 2018 season at Nicholls State... Played in and started all 29 matches and 99 sets... Was second on the team in kills (155), assists (380), digs (224) and service aces (26)... Had a season-high 32 assists and 17 digs at New Orleans (Sept. 25, 2018)... Played at Grand Canyon from 2016-17... Made 48 starts at GCU... Led the team in assists, averaging 6.82 per set in her two seasons... Tallied 321 digs, 34 kills, 39 blocks and 47 service aces in her time with the ‘Lopes... Was named team MVP as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Mesa (Ariz.) High School... Set the all-time program record with 1,440 assists... Named the team MVP her junior and senior seasons... Was named All-City/East Valley Region Co-Player of the Year as a junior... Garnered first-team honors as a junior and senior... Played two seasons on the Thunder Team of the Arizona Storm Volleyball Club... Helped the team to a second-place finish in the Open 17 division of the 2015 Girls Junior National Championship.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Stan and Allison Carpenter... Youngest of six children... Graduated from Utah State in May, 2020, with a degree in integrated studies.
