HIGH SCHOOL: Earned California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) all-Capital Valley Conference and all-Metro first-team honors as a prep senior at River Valley High School in Yuba City, Calif., where he was a three-year letterman for the Falcons... Was selected to play in the Optimist All-Star game following his senior season... Played on the defensive line and at tight end, helping River Valley HS to a 7-6 record during his senior season, as the Falcons advanced to the semifinals of the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section playoffs...
