RECORDS: Tied the modern era school record for touchdown runs in a game by a quarterback with three, a feat he accomplished at Wyoming (11/5/16)… The record was set by Kent Myers during the 2014 season.

2017 (SR):  Played in 12 games with one start at tight end… Finished the season with four receptions for 23 yards… Had a career-high two catches for four yards at No. 9 Wisconsin (9/1)… Had a career-long 17 yard catch at San José State (9/23) and had one catch for two yards against Idaho State (9/7).

2016 (JR): Played in 10 games… Was 8-of-19 (.421) passing for 68 yards with one interception and carried the ball 24 times for 111 yards (4.6 ypc) and six touchdowns to tie for the team lead… Played a season-high 28 snaps at Wyoming (11/5) and scored a career-high three rushing touchdowns as he carried the ball six times for 24 yards… His touchdown runs were from one, two and 10 yards… Was also 7-of-16 passing for 68 yards, including a season-long completion of 24 yards, and one interception against the Cowboys, all of which are career highs… Had six carries for 23 yards against San Diego State (10/28) and five carries for a season-best 42 yards against New Mexico (11/12), which included a season-long rush of 26 yards… Had a one-yard touchdown run against Arkansas State (9/16), a four-yard touchdown run against Fresno State (10/22), and a two-yard touchdown run at BYU (11/26)… Added one tackle on the season.

2015 (SO): Played in seven games... Finished the season completing 4-of-5 passes for 73 yards with one touchdown, while rushing for 110 yards on 20 carries (5.5 ypc) with one touchdown... Best passing game of the season was against Wyoming (10/30) as he was 2-of-2 throwing the ball for 50 yards, including a 34-yard touchdown pass... Best rushing game of the year was at Fresno State (10/10) as he carried the ball five times for 51 yards, including a 5-yard touchdown run... Also had a season-long rush of 33 yards against the Bulldogs... Had a season-high six carries for 21 yards against No. 21 Boise State (10/16), and had four carries for 28 yards at New Mexico (11/7).

2014 (RS-FR): Missed the 2014 season after transferring from Oregon.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Redshirted during the 2013 season at Oregon.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Texas Class 5A District 7 first-team honors at quarterback as a prep senior at Cedar Hill (Texas) High School as he was 200-of-297 (.673) passing for 2,769 yards with 27 touchdowns and just seven interceptions, in addition to rushing for 763 yards on 180 carries (4.2 ypc) with 11 touchdowns, to help lead the Longhorns to the Texas Class 5A Division 2 state championship game... Threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns in addition to rushing for another 83 yards and a third score to come close to pulling the upset over seven-time state champion Katy HS for the Class 5A Division II state title... Played a big part in the school accumulating an 11-5 record, as well as a No. 7 state ranking in 2012 after posting an 8-4 mark in 2011... Completed 71-of-105 passes (.676) for 997 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior, in addition to running for 875 yards (7.9 ypc) and 11 touchdowns in earning first-team all-District 7 honors... Also played basketball in high school for one season.

PERSONAL: One of two sons of Angelica Jackson... Graduated from USU in the fall of 2017 with an interdisciplinary studies degree emphasizing in health and wellness.
