Biography

HONORS: Academic All-WAC (2009, 2010)

2010 (JR): Played in 11 games, carrying the ball four times for 15 yards... Also contributed on special teams, returning one kick for 10 yards and making three tackles (one solo, two assists) on the season.

2009 (SO): Played in all 12 games, seeing the most action on special teams... Had three punt returns for a 5.7 ypr average... Tallied two punt returns at New Mexico State with a lone of eight yards... Added five tackles (four solo, one assist), all on special teams... His four solo stops came against Texas A&M, BYU, Louisiana Tech and San Jose State... Added a forced fumble in the LA Tech game, which was recovered by USU and set up a TD... Recipient of the USU Special Teams MVP award.

2008 (FR): Appeared in two games... Had six carries for 13 yards... Notched career-long 26-yard rush vs. New Mexico State... Also had one catch for eight yards in NMSU game.

2007 (RS): Redshirted his first year at USU.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-time all-state selection, helping Logan HS to the state championship his junior season... A two-time all-region and all-valley honoree... Helped Grizzlies to state title in 2005... Had over 1,500 all-purpose yards his senior season as running back, wide receiver and return specialist... High school teammates with fellow USU teammates offensive lineman Tanner Richins and tight end Brad Theurer... Also lettered in basketball and baseball earning all-state honors in basketball after helping Logan HS to regional championship... A member of the National Honor Society as well as academic all-state selection... Recipient of the Utah Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholarship and the Educational Opportunity Scholarship.

PERSONAL: Born Oct. 21, 1988 in Salt Lake City, Utah... Son of John and Julie Flores... Has two brothers... Father is lecturer in the USU biology department... Majoring in psychology... One of six Logan natives and five Logan HS alums on roster.
