2015 (RS-FR): Played in all 13 games and recorded 13 tackles (7-solo, 6-assist)... Had a season-high three tackles against Wyoming (10/30) and added two stops each against Colorado State (10/3), at Fresno State (10/10) and against BYU (11/28).

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Redshirted the 2014 season at Wisconsin.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Utah Class 4A first-team all-state honors at linebacker from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News following his junior season in 2011 as he led all players in Utah, regardless of classification, with 160 tackles... Also had 4.0 sacks and 18.0 tackles for loss during his junior season... Had nine double-digit tackle outings during his junior season, including a career-high 21 against Box Elder HS... Also named all-Cache Valley MVP and all-Region MVP... Served as team captain of a Logan team that claimed the 2011 Utah Class 4A state championship... Missed his senior season after suffering a knee injury in season-opening game... Also lettered in baseball.

PERSONAL: One of three children of Gary and Stacey Andersen... Brother, Keegan, played tight end at Utah State (2010-13)... Also has a twin brother, Hagen... Father, Gary, is the head football coach at Oregon State and spent four years as Utah State’s head football coach (2009-12)... His father played college football for two years at Utah (1985-86)... Majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
