Austin Stephens is in his second year with Utah State as a graduate assistant and assists the offensive coaches with daily operations, primarily working with the offensive line.

Stephens came to Utah State after spending the 2018 season as an offensive line assistant at Chadron (Neb.) State. Stephens also served as an offensive line coach at Iowa Western Community College (IWCC) in 2017.

Stephens participated in camps for the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers following the completion of his college career at Utah State, where he graduated with an interdisciplinary studies degree with an emphasis in health and wellness in 2015.

A three-year letterwinner for the Aggies, Stephens started 39 games at center, garnering honorable mention all-Mountain West honors all three seasons. As a freshman, Stephens competed at Iowa Western CC, where he led the Reivers to a national junior college title in 2012.

Stephens is married to the former Meagan Jones.
