Gabriel Iniguez Jr. (E-knee-gez) is in his first season with Utah State as a defensive analyst and will work with the defensive line.
Iniguez joined the Utah State coaching staff after spending the past two seasons as a standout defensive lineman for the Aggies, earning honorable mention All-Mountain West honors both years. He started all 12 games in 2024 and recorded 29 tackles, then started all 13 games in 2025 and finished with 37 tackles. During his collegiate career at Hawai’i (2020-21), New Mexico State (2023) and Utah State (2024-25), Iniguez played in 40 games with 29 starts. He totaled 90 tackles, including 18 solo stops, while adding 3.5 sacks, 8.0 tackles for loss and one pass breakup.
Iniguez graduated from Utah State in the spring of 2025 with his bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies.
