HONORS: Second Team All-Mountain West (2018); Phil Steele Second-Team All-Mountain West (2018); Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week (11/5/18).

RECORDS: Is fourth all-time at Utah State for a single season with his 16 total touchdowns and tied for sixth all-time with his 14 rushing touchdowns... Is also fourth all-time in both a single season and career in rushing average at 6.8 yards per carry and is tied for ninth in single-season scoring with 96 points... Is just the 18th player in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in a single-season (1,044), and the first since 2013, and the 32nd to record 1,000 rushing yards in a career... Ranks tied for 16th all-time in school history in single-season rushing yards and 32nd in career rushing yards.

2018 (JR): Earned second-team all-Mountain West honors from both the league’s coaches and Phil Steele’s Magazine after starting nine games and playing in 13... Finished the season carrying the ball 153 times for 1,044 yards (6.8 ypc) and 14 touchdowns, while catching 23 passes for 351 yards (15.3 ypr) and two touchdowns... Ranked first in the MW and 13th in the nation in yards per carry (6.8), second in the MW and 20th in the nation with 14 rushing touchdowns (1.1 pg), third in the MW and 14th in the nation in total touchdowns with 16 (1.2 pg), fifth in the MW and 51st in the nation in scoring (7.4 ppg), fifth in the MW and 56th in the nation in rushing (80.3 ypg), and fifth in the MW and 65th in the nation in all-purpose yards (107.3 ypg)... Had five 100-yard rushing games, the most by an Aggie since 2013, and one 100-yard receiving game... Is the first Aggie since 2012 to record 100 yards rushing and receiving in the same game as he carried the ball 15 times for 140 yards and one touchdown, to go along with a career-high four receptions for a career-best 115 yards and a career-high two receiving touchdowns against San José State (11/10)... Had a career-long 88-yard touchdown reception against the Spartans, which ranks as the sixth-longest pass play in school history... Had at least one rushing touchdown in nine games and multiple rushing touchdowns in four games, which included a career-high three rushing touchdowns at Hawai’i (11/3) as he was named the Mountain West’s Offensive Player of the Week after carrying the ball 13 times for a career-high 141 yards and a career-best three touchdowns against the Rainbow Warriors... First 100-yard game of the year was against Tennessee Tech (9/13) as he carried the ball six times for 107 yards, including a 65-yard touchdown... Had 109 yards rushing on 17 carries against BYU (10/5) and 109 yards on 17 carries, including two touchdowns, at Wyoming (10/20)... Scored two touchdowns in his first-career game at No. 11 Michigan State (8/31) and added two more touchdown runs against Air Force (9/22)... Had a team-best 11 rushes of 20-plus yards on the season, including four of at least 55 yards, and three receptions of at least 20 yards, including two over 55 yards. 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Earned National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) second-team All-America honors at running back following his sophomore season at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, Okla… Also garnered Southwest Junior College Football Conference Offensive MVP honors as a sophomore as he helped lead the Norsemen to a conference championship in 2017 as he rushed for 1,391 yards and eight touchdowns on 185 carries (7.5 ypc/115.9 ypg), to go along with 13 receptions for 150 yards and another score... Finished the season ranked first in the nation with 1,619 all-purpose yards and was second overall in rushing yards... Rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries (5.9 ypc), to go along with three receptions for 72 yards (24.0 ypc), against Independence CC in the inaugural Midwest Bowl as Northeastern Oklahoma A&M entered the game ranked No. 4 in the nation… Overall, he had seven 100-yard rushing games during his sophomore season, including a career-high 232 yards on 20 carries (11.6 ypc) against Coffeyville CC, which included a career-long 66-yard touchdown... Gained 169 yards on 14 carries (12.1 ypc) and scored a career-high three touchdowns against New Mexico Military Institute... Added 153 yards on 15 carries (10.2 ypc) and one touchdown against Cisco JC, had 140 yards on 14 carries (10.0 ypc) against Kilgore JC, had 128 yards on 20 carries (6.4 ypc) against Blinn JC, and rushed for 101 yards on 13 carries against Navarro JC... Earned Southwest Junior College Football Conference second-team honors as a freshman at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M as he rushed for 1,029 yards and nine touchdowns on 150 carries (6.86 ypc/102.9 ypg), to go along with nine catches for 119 yards... During his freshman season, he posted seven 100-yard rushing games including a season-best 158 yards on 18 carries (8.8 ypc) and one touchdown against Coffeyville CC... Scored a season-best two touchdowns in three different games during the year, including against New Mexico Military Institute as he gained 111 yards on nine carries (12.3 ypc) and 101 yards on just six carries (16.8 ypc) against Arkansas Baptist... Is the second-leading rusher in Northeastern Oklahoma A&M history with 2,420 career yards and 17 touchdowns on 336 attempts (7.2 ypc). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned honorable mention all-metro honors from the Tulsa World at running back as a prep senior at Jenks (Okla.) High School as he rushed for 942 yards on 152 carries and 10 touchdowns... Helped the Trojans capture the Class 6A-I state championship with a 21-14 victory over Union HS as he had 13 carries for 144 yards, including a 51-yarder in the second quarter that set up his team’s go-ahead touchdown. 

PERSONAL: One of three children of Rueben and Lashonne Thompson... His uncle, David Thompson, was a running back at Oklahoma State and played in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams from 1997-99.
