2016 (SR): Played in seven games, making four starts… Finished the season with 43 tackles (15-solo, 28-assist) to rank tied for seventh on the team… Added 1.0 tackles for loss and one quarterback hurry on the season… Registered nine tackles, including 1.0 tackles for loss, in his first-career game against Weber State (9/1)… Had a career-high 10 tackles against Fresno State (10/22) for the only double-digit tackle outing of his career… Added seven tackles each at USC (9/10) and at Colorado State (10/8), while adding a quarterback hurry against the Rams… Recorded at least two tackles in each of the seven games he played in and had five or more tackles in five of those contests.

2015 (RS-JR): Did not play.

2014 (RS): Redshirted during his first season at Utah State.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Earned first-team all-Southwest Junior College Football Conference honors as a sophomore at Cisco (Texas) College as he had 48 tackles, including 3.0 tackles for loss… Also had one sack, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, one interception and one pass breakup for the Wranglers… As a freshman at Cisco JC, he had 64 tackles, including 2.0 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and one sack.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Texas Class 6A Region 1 first-team District 7 honors at linebacker as a prep senior at L.D. Bell High School in Hurst, Texas… Was a second-team all-district selection as a junior, helping the Raiders to a 7-4 record.

PERSONAL: One of three children of Taimi and Viviena Uasike… Brother, Mohelika, also played football at USU… Served an LDS Church Mission in Guatemala from 2012-14… Name is pronounced Leck-e Wah-see-kay… Graduated from Utah State in the spring of 2017 with an interdisciplinary studies degree emphasizing in health and wellness.
