High School: Earned Arizona Class 6A first-team East Valley Conference honors at defensive tackle as a prep senior at Mesa (Ariz.) High School, as he recorded 66 tackles (45-solo, 21-assist), which included 2.0 sacks and 7.0 tackles for loss, to go along with two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery... Also earned second-team all-region and honorable mention all-state honors at defensive tackle as a senior as he returned an interception 52 yards for a touchdown... Was ranked as the 13th-best prep offensive lineman in the state of Arizona entering his senior season and earned first-team all-region honors at that position... Played in the Polynesian Bowl at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii... Recorded 42 tackles (22-solo, 20-assist) during his junior season, which included 1.0 sacks and 4.0 tackles for loss, to go along with one fumble recovery and seven quarterback hurries... His uncle Deuce Lutui played seven seasons in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals, while his uncle Richard Tuitu’u played college football at Arizona State... Plans on majoring in psychology.
