2014 (SR): Played in all 14 games, making seven starts... Finished the season with 39 total tackles (25-solo, 14-assist), which included 0.5 tackle for loss... Was third on the team with eight pass breakups... Recorded a career-high five tackles against both Colorado State (10/18) and Wyoming (11/7)... Had four tackles against both Idaho State (9/6) and Boise State (11/29)... His 0.5 tackle for loss was against UNLV (10/25)... Had a career-high two pass breakups against Wake Forest (9/13), UNLV and Wyoming.

2013 (JR): Played in 13 games, including his first career start against Boise State (10/12)... Finished the season with 14 total tackles (8-solo, 6-assist), including 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.0 sack... Also had two pass breakups and one quarterback hurry... Tied his career-high with three tackles at San José State (9/27) and against Boise State... Had two tackles against Weber State (9/14), Colorado State (11/23) and at No. 24 Fresno State (12/7) in the inaugural Mountain West Championship game... Had 1.0 tackle for loss against both BYU (10/4) and BSU, and 0.5 tackle for loss against SJSU... Recorded his first career sack against BYU... Had pass breakups against SJSU and at UNLV (11/9).

2012 (RS-SO): Played in 12 games and finished the season with nine tackles (5-solo, 4-assist) to go along with one pass breakup against New Mexico State (10/20)... Recorded a career-high three tackles against Utah (9/7) and had two stops at BYU (10/5).

2011 (RS): Redshirted during the season.

2010 (FR): Saw action in 11 games at multiple positions... Recorded six tackles (4-solo, 2-assist) to go along with one pass breakup on the defensive side of the ball... Carried the ball two times for nine yards... Returned two kicks for a total of 29 yards... Logged a season-best two tackles in games against San Diego State (9/25) and Boise State (12/4).

HIGH SCHOOL: Was prep teammates with former Aggie Tavaris McMillian, helping Miami Jackson (Fla.) High School to a 7-4 record... Played cornerback and quarterback... Totaled 25 tackles with six interceptions, eight pass breakups and two forced fumbles at cornerback... Tallied 31 rushes for 159 yards (5.1 ypc) with five touchdowns and was 21-of-36 (.583) passing for 372 yards (17.7 ypc) with five touchdowns... Finished career with 602 rushing yards on 39 carries (6.5 ypc), as well as 56-of-155 (.361) passing for 822 yards (14.7 ypc).

PERSONAL: Son of Richard Stewart and Debra Stewart... Father, Richard, was a basketball standout at Miami Jackson HS and at Louisiana-Lafayette... Graduated from Utah State in the spring of 2014 with an interdisciplinary studies degree.
