Bo Bates is in his fourth year at Utah State as the Director of Equipment Operations for football. Prior to joining the Aggies, Bates spent two years working with the University of Utah athletics department.

The native of Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, graduated from Oregon in 2017 with a degree in psychology. While with the Ducks, Bates worked as a student equipment manager for the athletics department.
