Rachel Harris is in her second year at Utah State as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting and Social Media Coordinator. Her main responsibilities with the Aggie football program is to plan, coordinate and execute all on-campus events, and manage the social media calendar.

Harris came to Utah State after spending two seasons (2018-20) as a recruiting assistant for the football program at the University of Louisville, where she was involved in all on-campus visits.

Harris, who spent nearly four years in the private business sector before getting involved in collegiate athletics, also spent one year as a cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFL.

Harris graduated from Louisville in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies. During her time as an undergrad, she served as a recruiting intern for the Louisville football program, in addition to being a cheerleader.
