Patrick Allen is in his first season at Utah State as an offensive recruiting analyst. His role includes scouting and evaluating offensive transfers, junior college and high school recruits, as well as assisting with planning and executing all on-campus recruiting activities.

Prior to Utah State, Allen spent the previous two seasons at Sam Houston State, where he served as a recruiting and personnel analyst, and contributed to the Bearkats signing the highest rated recruiting class in program history.

In the spring of 2021, SHSU defeated South Dakota State 23-21 to capture the school’s first-ever Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) title.

Allen, who graduated from Texas A&M in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management, also spent time on the staffs at UTSA, Abilene Christian and Tulane in various roles.

During his time at Texas A&M, Allen was an athletics facility assistant for the Aggies and an associate scout for the Collegiate Baseball Scouting Network.
