Logged one assist against Alabama State (12/15)... Named a Joe E. & Elma Whitesides Scholar Athlete... Named a Mountain West Scholar Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport athlete at Evanston High School in Evanston, Wyo., lettering in football, basketball and baseball... Led EHS to a state title as the starting point guard during his sophomore year... Two-time all-state honoree... Named the 4A West Conference Player of the Year as a senior after averaging more than 16 points per game.

PERSONAL: Second of four children of Bryan and Heather Johnson... Married Ashlee Thornock, a member of the Utah State volleyball team in December, 2017... Served a two-year LDS Mission in southern California.
