Xavier Bishop is in his first year as the graduate manager for the Utah State men’s basketball staff.
 
Bishop joins the Aggies after spending a year playing professionally for Bayer Giants Leverkusen in Germany.
 
Bishop spent three seasons at Montana State playing for current Utah State head coach Danny Sprinkle. During his tenure as a Bobcat, Bishop was named the 2022 Big Sky Conference Tournament MVP, while earning first team all-Big Sky honors in 2022 and second team honors in 2021. In his MSU career, Bishop averaged 13.9 points, 4.1 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game.
 
Prior to Montana State, Bishop spent three seasons at UMKC.
 
The native of Springfield, Illinois, was a finalist for Mr. Basketball in Illinois and a first-team all-state selection by the coaches and media at Lanphier High School.
 
Bishop graduated from Montana State with a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2022.
