HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Cedar High School in Cedar City, Utah... Named the 4A Player of the Year as a senior after helping lead Cedar HS to a state title... A second-team all-state selection during his junior year as he led the Reds in scoring, turning in close to 15 points per game and leading the team to the quarterfinals of the Utah 4A state championship... CHS finished second in Region 9 last season... Earned first-team all-region honors... Led Cedar in both scoring and rebounding as a freshman, logging more than 15 points and six rebounds per games... Averaged more than 15 points, nine rebounds and two assists per game, while shooting better than 57 percent from the floor during his high school career.

PERSONAL: Son of Spencer and Alicia Grant... Sixth of nine siblings with six sisters and two brothers... Served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Minneapolis, Minnesota... Majoring in exploratory studies.
