Biography

2005-06 SEASON (SR): Started all 32 games for the Aggies during his senior season averaging 27.6 minutes per game, third-most on the team… Ranked fourth in the Mountain West and first on the team in assists, averaging 4.6 assists per contest… Also averaged 7.5 points and 2.0 rebounds per game, while leading the team with 31 steals… Recorded career highs in both points and assists in USU’s double-overtime loss at Fresno State (1/7) where he scored 22 points on 7-of-15 shooting from the field and 7-of-14 shooting from three-point range, while also dishing out 12 assists and getting three steals… Ranked fourth in the conference with a 1.59 assist-to-turnover ratio… Scored in double-figures eight times during the season… Had the third best three-point shooting percentage on the team, shooting 41.6 percent (52-125 while also shooting 41.1 percent from the field (81-197) and 77.1 percent from the free throw line (27-35)… Voted the Most Inspirational Player on the team by his teammates.
 
2004-05 SEASON (JR): Started 29 games at the point in his first year at Utah State… Averaged 6.1 points, 3.1 assists and 1.8 rebounds per game, while shooting 39.8 percent from the field, 35.2 percent from three-point range, and 54.8 percent from the free throw line… Scored in double-figures five times during the season and had a season-high 19 points at Long Beach State as he was four-of-five from three-point range in the game… Recorded a season-high  eight assists two nights earlier at UC Irvine… Finished the year second on the team with 98 assists… Made 31 three-point baskets during the year, which was also second on the team… Recorded four or more assists in nine games during the season.
 
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Named the Orange Empire Conference Most Valuable Player as a sophomore after leading Saddleback (Calif.) Junior College to the regional semifinals of the state tournament… Named first-team all-state as a sophomore as he averaged 15.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game, while shooting 39 percent from the field, 35 percent from three-point range and 74 percent from the free throw line… Named first-team all-conference as a freshman as he averaged 12.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists, while shooting 47 percent from the field, 41 percent from three-point range and 73 percent from the free throw line.
