2006-07 SEASON (SR): Was a very consistent player for Utah State during his senior campaign, starting in all 35 games and playing the second-most minutes per game (28.5) behind only Jaycee Carroll… His 35 games started is tied for the most games started in a single-season in school history… Averaged the fourth-highest marks on the team in both scoring and rebounding, going for 9.3 points and 3.7 rebounds per game… Was second on the team in assists, averaging 3.2 per contest… Ranked sixth in the WAC in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.42), ninth in assists and ninth in three-pointers made (60)… Went for a career-high 26 points against Utah Valley (1/10) in a 81-70 home win as he shot 8-of-14 from the field while going 6-of-10 from three-point range and 4-of-6 from the free throw line along with five assists and a steal… Matched a career-high nine rebounds in the final game of the regular season against Fresno State (2/3)… Was the team’s third-most efficient three-point shooter, shooting 36.8 percent (60-163) from outside the arc… Scored in double-figures 13 times during the season, while going for 20-plus points twice, both times against Utah Valley (12/9 and 1/10)… Finished the season shooting 37.3 percent (101-271) from the field and 71.6 percent (63-88) from the free throw line… Also recorded 28 steals during the season… Was voted the Best Defensive Player on the team by his teammates following his senior season.
2005-06 SEASON (JR): Played in all 32 games for Utah State in his first season, and started 26, including the final 13 of the season… Scored in double-figures eight times during the year and also had two 20-point games… Scored a season-high 23 points against Middle Tennessee on Dec. 5 and had 21 points against New Mexico State on Feb. 11… Recorded a season-high nine rebounds at Weber State on Dec. 10 and against San Jose State in the regular season finale on Mar. 4… Played a season-high 40 minutes against Nevada in the WAC Tournament championship game… Finished the year by averaging 7.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 25.9 minutes per game… Shot 37.0 percent from the field, 37.4 percent from three-point range, and 68.9 percent from the free throw line… Averaged 7.8 points and 4.1 rebounds in WAC play, while shooting 36.4 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from three-point range.
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Earned second-team all-Jayhawk West honors as a sophomore at Hutchinson Community College as he averaged a team-best 14.9 points and 6.2 rebounds per game… Also led the Blue Dragons with 2.5 assists and 1.7 steals and shot 36.3 percent from the field, 30.5 percent from three-point range and 70.3 percent from the free throw line… As a freshman at Hutchinson he earned third-team all-Jayhawk West honors as he averaged 11.4 points and 3.4 rebounds, while shooting 38.0 percent from the field, 31.3 percent from three-point range, and 78.5 percent from the free throw line… During his two-year career at Hutchinson Community College, he ranked 17thall-time in school history with 810 points (13.6 ppg), fourth all-time in three-pointers made (115), and second all-time in three-pointers attempted (372).
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Millbrook High School in Raleigh, N.C., where he earned all-conference honors three-straight years and led his conference in assists as a senior… Averaged nearly 17 points, seven rebounds and seven assists as a prep senior.
