Appeared in 30 games, making 12 starts and averaging 8.7 minutes per contest... Averaged 3.7 points and 1.7 rebounds on the year... Shot 43.5 percent (40-of-92) from the floor, 33.3 percent (17-of-51) from 3-point range and 72.2 percent (13-of-18) at the charity stripe... Scored a season-high 12 points to go along with four rebounds in 11 minutes of action at Air Force (1/25)... Went for 11 points and a season-high seven rebounds in the season opener against Alcorn (11/6) as he shot 4-of-9 from the field and 3-of-5 from deep... Recorded a season-best three steals to go along with seven points and four boards against Charlotte (11/9)... Totaled 12 steals and seven blocks on the year.  

2023-24 - REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE
Appeared in all 35 games to tie for third on the single-season record list… Made 31 starts… Scored 230 points, averaging 6.6 per game, and had 107 rebounds, averaging 3.1 per game… Shot 47.8 percent (86-of-180) from the floor, 34.2 percent (25-of-73) from behind the arc and 84.6 percent (33-of-39) at the free throw line… Recorded 29 assists, 19 blocks and nine steals… Scored in double figures eight times, including a career-high 19 against TCU (March 22)… Had five or more rebounds in six games, including a career-high 11 at Boise State (Jan. 27) as part of his first career double-double… Logged multiple blocks in five games, including a career-high four against TCU (March 22).

2022-23 - REDSHIRT
Redshirted the 2022-23 campaign.

BEFORE UTAH STATE
Appeared in 13 games for Oregon during the 2021-22 season, totaling 33 points and 16 rebounds… Played a season-high 12 minutes against Montana, knocking down all three of his field goal attempts... Had a season-high eight points against Chaminade (Nov. 22, 2021).

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at American Fork High School (Utah), where he was ranked the No. 53 recruit in ESPN’s 2019 top-100 recruit list, and earned third-team all-state honors by the Deseret News… The four-star recruit finished his high school career with 1,257 points, 430 rebounds, 82 assists and 63 steals as he scored in double figures in all but two games as a senior… Punctuated his senior year averaging 18.7 points and 8.1 rebounds per game, while averaging 19.5 points and 8.4 rebounds per game as a junior.

Son of Darren and Emily Johnson... Has three siblings... Sister, Gracie, is on the USU women’s basketball team... Served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ohio... Majoring in management.
