Biography

1994-95 SEASON (SO): Appeared only in the first game of the season against Simon Fraser (11/18)… Went for three rebounds, two assists and three steals in that game in 14 minutes of action.
 
1993-94 SEASON (FR): Rookie played in all 27 games in 1993-94, including 20 starts… Averaged 8.3 points and 3.8 rebounds while playing nearly 27 minutes per game… Led the Big West in free-throw percentage at .835… Led the team in steals with 47 (seventh in Big West)… Second on the ballclub in assists (55) and three-point field goals (12)… Scored in double figures 10 times… His pull-up jumper in the lane sent the game at Pacific into overtime tied at 69 (Utah State won 84-79)… Hit 24-straight free throws during a five-game stretch in February… Made 14 of-17 free throw attempts in Utah State’s 69-68 home-court victory over No. 23 New Mexico State… Turned in his best all-around performance vs. Lewis-Clark State, with 13 points and a season-high 12 rebounds off the bench… Tossed in a season-high 18 points in his first collegiate start vs. Chadron State (7-13 from the field)… Had a season-high six assists vs. Old Dominion… Ranked as Aggies’ top perimeter defender… Held Pacific’s Michael Jackson, the Big West’s second-leading scorer at 20.4 points, to just six points (3-8 from the field) in the first meeting.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Came to Logan from St. Francis DeSales High School in Chicago, Ill… Played in Coach Larry Moore’s three-guard offense and was an important factor in the Pioneers’ 23-2 season… Averaged 16.9 points and 6.0 rebounds per game… Dished out 165 assists (6.6 per game) and came up with a team-high 65 steals (2.6 per game) while shooting 59 percent from the field… His team finished undefeated (12-0) in Chicago’s competitive Catholic League… His team eventually lost to Mount Carmel in the sectional finals… Earned all-league, all-area, and all-city honors as a senior… Was also named team MVP… Had a high game of 29 points, nine assists, eight rebounds and seven steals in a Christmas tournament game against Morton High School.
