2023 (SR): Appeared in six games, earning one win against CSU Bakersfield (Feb. 10)… Threw 6.2 innings… Allowed eight hits and eight earned runs… Posted an 8.40 ERA… Struck out one batter… Was a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete Award recipient.

2022 (JR): Pitched in 17 games, including six starts… Threw 31.2 innings, including one complete game… Had an individual record of 0-3… Allowed 50 hits and 27 earned runs… Posted a 5.97 ERA… Struck out 13 batters, with a season-high three against Stony Brook (March 4)… Named a Mountain West Scholar-Athlete... Was a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete Award recipient.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Salt Lake (Utah) Community College... Helped the Bruins to region and conference titles in 2021... Pitched 107 innings as a sophomore, posting a team-best 15-2 record with 11 complete games... Recorded 107 strikeouts and a 4.62 earned run average in her two years with the Bruins... Helped SLCC to a regional title in 2021.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Logan (Utah) High School... Earned all-valley, all-region and all-state honors all four years... Was named the All-Valley Newcomer of the Year by The Herald Journal in 2016... Was the top female scholar-athlete at Logan HS as a senior... Played at the club level with Mountain West Softball.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Adam and Kim Laing... Oldest of four children... Majoring in kinesiology.
