Academic All-Mountain West (2025)

2025 - FRESHMAN
Started all 21 matches she played in, totaling 1,867 minutes on the pitch, third-most on the team... Helped anchor a USU back line which was the top defensive unit in the Mountain West, leading the league in goals-against average (0.91) and shutouts (9)... As a team, Utah State limited its opponents to just 8.6 shots and 3.1 shots on goal per game... Missed two games late in the year to compete with the USWNT U-20 National Team at a training camp in Kansas City... Recorded an assist against Fresno State (10/9)... Took five shots on the year... Played every minute of the team's postseason, including 297 minutes across three games at the Mountain West Tournament, and all 110 minutes of the team's NCAA Tournament First Round matchup at BYU (11/14)... Played 90 or more minutes in 17 of the team's 23 games. 

HIGH SCHOOL
A four-year letterwinner at Green Canyon High School in North Logan, Utah... Earned first-team all-state honors her junior and senior seasons, and was named to the second team as a sophomore... Helped the Wolves to a Utah 4A state title in 2023 along with state semifinal appearances in 2022 and 2024... In the final three years of her prep career, totaled 26 goals and 29 assists, including 10 goals and six assists as a senior... Played club soccer for La Roca ECNL, helping her team to a Northwestern Conference championship and earning all-conference honors in 2022-23 and 2023-24.

Daughter of Craig and Sabina Winder... Has four siblings including her sister Talia, who is also on the Utah State soccer team... Is undeclared in a college major.
