2025 (SO): Appeared in 30 matches and made 28 starts... Tied for the team lead with 4.08 points per set... Ranked second with 3.52 kills per set and added 26 aces, 96 digs and 68 blocks... Set a program record for hitting percentage with 20+ attacks against Grand Canyon, hitting .704 for the match (20-1-27)... Set a new career-high with 23 kills against both Marquette and San Diego State... Set a new career high with four aces against both Colorado State and UNLV... Led USU in the NCAA Tournament with 33 total kills, finishing with 14 against Tennessee and 19 against Arizona State... Ranked second on the team with 21 matches of double-digit kills... Finished with a season-best .526 hitting percentage with 12 kills on only 19 attempts against then-No. 8 Purdue... Recorded a season-high 19 kills against Air Force... Posted a season-high three blocks at Wyoming... Recorded eight matches with 10 or more kills... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-MW.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah, where she hit .300 during her senior season... also logged 305 kills, 148 digs, 40 blocks, 19 aces and four assists during her final season... recorded a career hitting percentage of .328 with 642 kills, 206 digs, 174 blocks and 81 aces... earned first-team all-region as a junior... played club volleyball with Club V, helping the team win the Big South Tournament this year.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jack and Lindzi Helgesen... has three siblings... majoring in interior design.
