LOGAN, Utah -

-- Utah State has three wins for the first time since 2005 when the Aggies were 3-8 in head coach Brent Guy's first season.

-- USU has won three WAC games in a season for the first time in the Aggies' four seasons in the league.

-- It is the first time since 2003 that USU has won three conference games and just the third time in the 2000's (2000: 4-1 Big West; 2003: 3-4 Big West; 2008: 3-5 WAC).

-- USU is now 3-1 under Guy in season finales and 11-7 in its last 18 final games of the year... All-time, USU is 44-64-3 in season-finales.

-- The Aggies snapped a three-game home finale losing streak and USU is now 5-6 in its last 11 final home games of the season.

-- USU is now 27-7 vs. NMSU, winning the last two in a row, four of the last five and six of the last eight... The navy Aggies are now 12-3 vs. the maroon Aggies in Logan.

-- USU's 21 first quarter points tied a season-high for most points in a quarter (21 in the fourth qtr vs Idaho on Sept. 20).

-- The 21 first quarter points is the most scored by USU in the opening quarter since Oct. 25, 2003 vs. Arkansas State.

-- The 64-yard TD run by freshman FB Robert Scott was a season-long rush for USU and the longest since a 69-yard run by Travis Davis vs. Middle Tennessee State on Nov. 1, 2003.

-- USU's 28 first half points were its most in a first half since Oct. 25, 2003 vs. Arkansas State.

-- USU's first half shutout was the Aggie defense's first halftime blanking since the Fresno State game on Oct. 7, 2006.

-- Junior PK Chris Ulinksi's field goal is the second-longest in the WAC this season behind the 58-yarder by Kevin Goessling of Fresno State as time expired to beat USU, 30-28, on Oct. 25... It also is the fourth-longest field goal in the NCAA this season.

-- The 56-yarder is tied for the third-longest in USU school history, tying Micah Knorr's 56-yard boot against Northern Illinois in 1995... Dene Garner has the top two longest FG's in the school record books with a 59-yarder against the same NMSU Aggies as well as a 58-yarder against SJSU in 1985.

-- USU did not allow any offensive points for the first time since Oct. 25, 2003 when it defeated Arkansas State, 49-0, in Logan.

-- USU's 47 points is the most under Coach Guy and the most since it scored 49 points against Arkansas State.

-- Utah State held New Mexico State to negative seven yards rushing, which is the first time USU has held an opponent to negative rushing yards since Sept. 19, 1998 at Colorado when it held the Buffaloes to negative two rushing yards.

-- The negative seven rushing yards is the sixth-best rushing defense in school history.

-- The 156 yards of total offense allowed is the fewest since Oct. 14, 2000 at North Texas when the Aggies held the Mean Green to 141 yards of total offense.

-- USU's five rushing TD's on offense were the most since five against Nevada on Nov. 20, 1999.
