TEAM NOTES
* Utah State has now won 19 straight home games against in-state opponents and improved to 21-1 at home against schools from the state of Utah under head coach Stew Morrill. Overall, USU has now won 21 of its last 27 games against in-state opponents and is 29-15 against teams from the state of Utah under Coach Morrill.
* Utah State has now won 37 straight home games, extending its current school record and the nation's second-longest home winning streak behind Kansas (45). Overall, USU has now won 52 of its last 53 home games dating back to the 2005-06 season.
* Utah State extended its home winning streak against non-conference opponents to 41 straight and it has now won 65 of its last 67 home games against non-conference opponents. During the regular season, USU has now won 65 straight home games against non-conference opponents.
* Utah State is now 162-12 at home under head coach Stew Morrill, which includes a 78-4 record against non-conference opponents.
* Utah State improved to 59-51 all-time at home against BYU and has now won six of the last nine games played in the series.

PLAYER NOTES
* Jared Quayle scored 20-plus points for the second time this year and seventh time in his career. It is also the third time this year and 28th time in his career he has scored in double-figures. He also had career-highs in free throws made (11) and attempted (13), and played a season-high 35 minutes.
* Nate Bendall scored in double-figures for the fourth time this year and recorded his second career double-double as he tied his career-high with 10 rebounds.
* Tai Wesley scored in double-figures for the fifth time this year and 49th time in his career.
* Pooh Williams had a season-high five assists. He also played a season-high 32 minutes.
* Tyler Newbold tied his career-high with four assists.
* Preston Medlin had a season-high three rebounds.
* Matt Formisano had a season-high four rebounds.
