LOGAN, Utah – Utah State volleyball (2-19, 2-7 MW) continues its week of road competition on Saturday, Oct. 26, as it plays at San Diego State (9-11, 2-7 MW) at 3 p.m. (MT).

San Diego State welcomes the Aggies off a five-set loss to Boise State, sitting at 9-11 overall and 2-7 in Mountain West play. As a team, the Aztecs are hitting .240 (928-373-2,311), with senior middle blocker Tamia Reeves leading the attack at .396 (129-26-260). Senior outside hitter Hannah Turnland is averaging a team-best 3.44 kills per set, while redshirt sophomore Camryn Machado is recording 10.04 assists per set. Defensively, redshirt junior libero Loren Teter leads the team with 3.49 digs per set, and redshirt junior outside hitter Lexie Hamrick adds 1.00 blocks per set. 

Utah State is hitting .136 (711-380-2,439) on the season. Senior opposite side hitter Izzie Belnap leads the Aggie attack, hitting .176 (91-37-306). The Aggies run a 6-2, with senior Heidi Carpenter and freshman Kalena Vaivai averaging 5.70 and 3.86 assists per set. Defensively, freshman libero Grace DuBay is averaging a team-high 3.13 digs per set, while sophomore middle blocker Autumn Spafford is the leading the Aggies with 1.24 blocks per set.
