PLAYER NOTES
* Sophomore QB Kent Myers improved to 6-1 as Utah State's starting quarterback. Myers threw his first touchdown pass of the season and the sixth of his career on a 42-yard pass in the second quarter to senior WR Hunter Sharp.
* Myers rushed for a career-high 191 yards on a career-best 16 carries, for his first career 100-yard rushing game. Myers also set the school record for rushing yards by a quarterback as the previous record was 121 yards set by Chuckie Keeton against Louisiana Tech (17 carries) in 2012 and Tony Adams against Colorado State (12 carries) in 1972.
* Myers 191 rushing yards are the most by an Aggie since Kerwynn Williams rushed for 235 yards against Toledo in the 2012 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
* Senior WR Hunter Sharp caught his first touchdown pass of the season and the eighth of his career on a 42-yard reception in the second quarter.
* Junior RB Devante Mays had a season-high 60 rushing yards on a season-best 10 carries.
* Sophomore RB LaJuan Hunt scored his first rushing touchdown of the season and the second of his career on a 33-yard run in the fourth quarter.
* Freshman TE Dax Raymond had a season-long 22-yard reception.
* Senior LB Kyler Fackrell has a career-high 3.0 tackles for loss to go along with 1.0 sack as part of his six total tackles, giving him 28.0 career tackles for loss and 11.0 career sacks. Fackrell also recovered his first fumble of the season and third of his career in the third quarter, and recorded a career-high six quarterback hurries.
* Senior LB LT Filiaga recorded double-digit tackles for the second time this year and fifth time in his career with his 10 tackles.
* Senior NG David Moala has a career-high 2.0 tackles for loss and tied his career-high with 1.0 sack, and now has 5.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks in his career. Moala also forced his first career fumble.
* Senior SS Marwin Evans had a career-high eight tackles.
* Sophomore CB Jalen Davis intercepted his first pass of the season and third of his career in the fourth quarter.
* Junior CB Jentz Painter had a career-high four tackles.
* Junior DE Ricky Ali'ifua recorded 1.0 sack and now has 4.5 sacks and 8.0 tackles for loss in his career.
* Redshirt freshman LB Chasen Andersen has a career-high two tackles.
* Sophomore DE Ian Togiai has a career-high two tackles.
* Redshirt freshman FS Jontrell Rocquemore forced his first career fumble in the third quarter.
* Senior DE Jordan Nielsen recovered his first fumble of the season and third of his career in the third quarter.
* Senior CB Deshane Hines had a career-high three pass breakups.
* Junior LB Nick Vigil had a career-high two pass breakups.
* Junior PK Jake Thompson made his first field goal attempt of the season from 48 yards and is now 2-for-8 on field goal attempts in his career, including 1-of-4 from 40-49 yards.
* Redshirt freshman P Aaron Dalton had a career-long 58 yard punt in the second quarter. Dalton also had one punt downed inside the 20-yard line giving him six on the season.
* Junior PK Brock Warren was 3-for-3 on field goal attempts, connecting from 23, 34 and a career-long 41 yards. On the season, Warren is now 5-of-5 on field goals attempts, including 2-of-2 from 20-29 yards and 30-39 and 1-of-1 from 40-49 yards. For his career, Warren is now 5-of-6 on field goal attempts including 2-of-2 from 20-29 yards and 30-39 yards, and 1-of-2 from 40-49 yards.
