TEAM NOTES
* Utah State is now 21-16 all-time in Mountain West play, including a 12-7 home record.
* Utah State's offense did not commit a turnover for the second time this season (Colorado State).
* Utah State's defense did not force a turnover for the third time this year (vs. Wake Forest, vs. Colorado State). USU entered the game with 20 forced turnovers, which was tied for the second-most in the nation.
* Utah State had two players make their first career start tonight in sophomore DE Devon Anderson (91) and redshirt freshman DE Logan Lee (47).
* Captains for today's game are senior CB Jalen Davis (13), senior QB Kent Myers (2), junior LB Derek Larsen (49) and junior NG Gasetoto Schuster (56).

OFFENSIVE PLAYER NOTES
* Redshirt freshman QB Jordan Love (10) threw his fifth touchdown pass of the season on a 2-yard pass in the first quarter. Love attempted a career-high 32 passes.
* Junior WR Ron'quavion Tarver (1) had a 2-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter for his fourth touchdown catch of the season and the seventh of his career.
* Senior RB LaJuan Hunt (21) scored his sixth rushing touchdown of the season and the 13th of his career on a 1-yard run in the third quarter.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER NOTES
* Redshirt freshman S Baron Gajkowski (15) had a season-high 11 tackles, which included a career-high 1.5 tackles for loss, giving him 2.5 tackles for loss this season.
* Junior LB Suli Tamaivena (42) had 10 tackles for his fifth-straight double-figure tackle outing. Tamaivena also had 0.5 tackles for loss, giving him 5.5 tackles for loss this season.
* Sophomore DE Jacoby Wildman (93) had a season-high nine tackles.
* Junior CB Deante Fortenberry (27) had 2.0 sacks and 3.0 tackles for loss, the first of his career. Fortenberry finished the game with a season-high seven tackles.
* Junior LB Ofa Latu (40) tied his season-high with six tackles, which included his first career sack as he now has 2.5 tackles for loss this season.
* Redshirt freshman CB Ja'Marcus Ingram (36) has a season-high-tying six tackles.
* Junior DE Adewale Adeoye (55) had 1.0 tackles for loss, giving him 3.5 tackles for loss this year and in his career.
* Junior S Gaje Ferguson (23) has 0.5 tackles for loss, giving him 1.0 tackles for loss this year and 3.0 in his career.
* Redshirt freshman DE Logan Lee (47) had a season-high four tackles, which included 0.5 tackles for loss, the first of his career.
* Senior CB Jalen Davis (13) had one pass breakup, giving him seven pass breakups this year and 29 in his career, to extend his school record.

SPECIAL TEAM PLAYER NOTES
* Junior P Aaron Dalton (89) had two punts downed inside the 20-yard line, giving him 18 punts this year and 64 in his career downed inside the 20-yard line.
