Glen Worthington earned 10 varsity letters at Utah State in football, track and basketball from 1926-29. Worthington, given the nickname "Zeus" by his coach Dick Romney, was a four-year basketball starter, served as team captain for two years and was twice named to the all-conference team. He won the gold medal in the interorganizational track meet in 1927 and 1928, and finished second in 1926 and 1929. During his four-year career as a sprinter, Worthington was undefeated in the high and low hurdles. He spent 30 years as director of physical education for Logan High School and supervisor of recreation for Logan City. He also was a successful coach, leading Davis High School to a state basketball championship in 1937, and Logan High School to five state swimming titles from 1947-51.

Worthington was inducted into the Hall of Fame posthumously, as he died on February 8, 1967 at the age of 62.
