Rulon Jones was an All-America defensive end for the Aggies in 1979 and was named to the school's all-Century football team in 1993. He capped his Aggie career playing in the East-West Shrine and Senior Bowl all-star games. Jones went on to play nine seasons in the NFL with the Denver Broncos, earning Pro Bowl honors twice and being named the AFC Defensive Player of the Year once.
